To make the effluent of insurance and correspondence for clients as easy as possible, I should create some Word and PDF forms. The "Beratungsprotokoll" and the "Besprechungsprotokoll" were printed as a breakdown sheet, so to be able to fill them during a customer visit with no internet access. Also a birthday postcard and a businesscard were created.
